Breakdown assistance whenever you need it. Land Rover Assistance offers comprehensive cover, whether you are on the road in your own country or elsewhere in Europe, providing your vehicle is still under warranty.

If you have been involved in a road accident, please describe the extent of the damage and tell us whether any other people were involved in the accident.
THE BENEFITS FOR YOU
Breakdown assistance
If your vehicle will not start or you cannot continue your journey due to a technical problem (e.g. a warning indicator is flashing), Land Rover will provide you with assistance – either by putting things right at the roadside, if the Hotline Service cannot help you over the phone, or by taking you to the nearest Land Rover workshop.
Our service can even provide assistance when you are at fault after, for example, letting the battery run flat, running out of fuel, filling up with the wrong fuel, or losing your keys.
Replacement vehicle
If things take longer to fix, the Roadside Assistance will give you a replacement vehicle for up to 5 calendar days.
Please note that the availability of replacement vehicles and their rental conditions may depend on the situation at the location in question. Please also note that you may have to provide your credit card details, in some cases, to be provided with a replacement vehicle.
Other benefits
Taxi
Land Rover Assistance will cover the costs of a taxi to the nearest railway station or airport, or one of your choice, up to CHF 200 (including VAT).
Train journey (home or as part of onward journey)
Land Rover Assistance will cover the costs of a first-class railway journey up to CHF 400 (including VAT) per person.
Flight (home or as part of onward journey)
Land Rover Assistance will cover the costs of an Economy or Premium Economy flight up to CHF 700 (including VAT) per person.
Accommodation
If overnight accommodation is required as well, Land Rover Assistance will pay for the costs of overnight stays for all entitled persons for one night in a 4- or 5-star hotel (up to CHF 300 per night with breakfast, including VAT) in your home country and for a maximum of seven nights in a 4- or 5-star hotel (up to CHF 300 per night with breakfast, including VAT) within the scope of the Assistance cover.
ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE
If you are unable to continue your journey due to an accident involving another vehicle (collision), Land Rover Assistance will arrange for your vehicle to be recovered and taken to the nearest Land Rover workshop. In cases like this, you will enjoy all the customer benefits mentioned, with the exception that any replacement vehicle will only be available for a maximum of 3 calendar days.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Collection, return, and transport of vehicles following repairs
You may collect your vehicle yourself following any repairs. Land Rover Assistance will cover any associated costs (e.g. first-class train ticket for one person). Alternatively, Land Rover will arrange for your vehicle to be transported to your home or somewhere else if you prefer.
